Lawyer - Personal Injuries (Plaintiff)

We are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post admission, hands-on experience, gained within Western Australia.  Those with more or less than 3 years should not hesitate to apply. Preference is for someone who has actually had conduct of cases, working within a large team of PI lawyers.

Ideally, the candidate would have experience (and passion) in (in order of priority) Worker's Comp, TPD, Public Liability and Product Liability. 3+ years post admission experience, specific knowledge of TPD claims an advantage but not essential.

The usual “mod cons” to assist you run your practice - top support base including dedicated para-legal; extensive precedent data base, user friendly computer systems.
